Designed by Merrill Pastor & Colgan Architects, The May is a mixed-use building in central Alys Beach that includes residential and commercial space. Situated on the southeast corner of the Amphitheatre, this four-story structure boasts stunning beach views thanks to its unique architecture. The upper floors feature eight residences while the ground level houses a restaurant. Operable shutters on the Amphitheatre’s façade allow for superior climate control and energy efficiency.
